TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1 - General
Davide Skipper Company by Davide Carmelo D’Antona hereinafter called (DSkipper) offers boat tours in Cala Goloritzè and its surroundings.
DSkipper reserves the right to change routes, departures, arrivals and locations, when the weather and sea conditions, unsafe areas and other types of events do not allow navigation and the carrying out of excursions and or tours in safety and harmony.
The Skipper captain is always in command, safety is fundamental.
Article 2 - Excursions and Boat Tours
Boat tours and excursions are regular tours that can be purchased through our website and or our partners through our website or partner websites, via whatsapp, via telephone, via email. A maximum of 12 tickets per boat can be purchased at the listed ticket shops.
Excursions and boat tours in Sardinia take place outdoors, customers must provide the necessary clothing to be used appropriately for the chosen tour.
Passengers including groups for tours and or excursions must present themselves 30 minutes before departure at the check-in point agreed in the booking. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled without any refund.
Passengers should note that the boat is accessed by stepping down from the dock. Unfortunately, the boat is not accessible to disabled people.
Article 3 - Boat Rental and Hire
The minimum rental and/or leasing duration is 2 and a half hours, catering services must be confirmed and paid 7 days before departure, via bank transfer. Exceptions can only be made with the consent of DSkipper.
Rental of an entire boat exclusively is possible only via email, contact form or with doc whatsapp.
Article 4 - Waiting and Delay Rules
There are no waiting times for regular trips. This means that if you have purchased a ticket and arrive too late at the boarding point, the boat will not wait for you. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund of the ticket.
In the case of a group booking, the captain will wait up to 15 minutes. After this time, the group will be considered a no-show. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund of the boat rental
amount, as indicated on the invoice, nor of the catering ordered (if applicable).
Article 5 - Weather Conditions and Behaviour on Board
Weather conditions may result in the cancellation of the contract (e.g. severe thunderstorm and/or high water or bad weather) hindering or making the cruise impossible. The captain determines in the first instance whether such
conditions apply.
In the event of inappropriate behavior, including alcohol consumption, the captain has the right to suspend or terminate the trip immediately.
Persons who are already deemed to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs at the start of the tour will be denied access to the boat. The customer's obligation to pay remains in this case.
Alcohol under 18 years of age is prohibited. DSkipper reserves the right to request a photo ID.
Passengers must follow all instructions of DSKipper or its employees promptly and without delay. Access to vessels and docks may be denied without giving
a reason if the Skipper deems it necessary, for example in relation to capacity, safety, public order or imminent threat of damage or nuisance.
Article 6 - Davide Skipper's Responsibilities
DSkipper is not responsible for any damage and/or loss of passenger property.
Passengers bring all property on board at their own risk.

DSkipper is not liable for personal injury or damage of any nature, regardless of its cause, before, during or as a result of the trip. Damage caused by an intentional act or gross negligence of DSkipper is an exception. Statutory damages are limited to the price of the boat rental for the trip in question.
Children are the responsibility of their parents. Children under the age of 4 must sit on their parents' laps.

Article 9 - Payments and Cancellation Policy
In case of a group booking: in accordance with our offer, we will first send you a booking confirmation and within two days an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 7 days before the trip.
In case of a group booking: cancellation within 7 days of the day of the cruise, 50% of the total amount is due. Cancellation within 3 days of the day of the cruise, the full amount is due.
For catering, it is always possible to change the number of people within 3 days.

Article 10 - Final Provisions
Passengers are expected to follow the Skipper's instructions on the dock, pier and on the boat.
Wearing stiletto heels is strongly discouraged for safety and damage reasons.
The passenger is required to take care of the environment and not to throw waste into the water.
All personal consumption and associated waste must be
removed from the boat after the end of the trip.

Obvious errors and mistakes in the information provided and/or published by DSkipper will not bind DSkipper. Consumer law applies to these general terms and conditions. Disputes must be submitted to the competent court of the place of DSkipper, competent court of Lanusei, Ogliastra.
Article 11 - Complaints
If the participant finds a gap in the implementation of the agreement,
DSkipper is informed as soon as possible, so that DSkipper can find an appropriate solution. If the deficiency is not resolved within a reasonable period of time and affects the quality of the agreement or the activity, this must be reported as soon as possible to DSkipper.
